| Description: | Each team has a goal line which the other team tries to psss. The frisbee is thrown and whichever team catches it tries to move towards the goal and score a point. You can only take three steps when catching and only if you were already moving. If the frisbee hits the ground, the team which didn't throw it last takes possession at that point. Defenders must stand at arm's length from the current thrower. | ||||
